I really enjoyed the hotel, its reasonably large and quiet room and kind staff. I booked a room with a comfy bed, a flat-screen TV and an iron. The property was in an excellent location near to the central plaza, the center square, and the bus terminal.

Staff is supper friendly and nice and you can park your car nearby. The rooms are modern and exceptionally comfortable and they have a flat-screen TV and an iron. The rate is usd 39, satisfied.

The place is incredibly beautiful and has fantastic location really close to the central park. The rooms are fairly quiet and comfortable with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. It is nestled in the center of the town, around 4-6 minutes walk from Parque Ecologico San Miguel Acapantzingo.

It was nice time in Cuernavaca. Feeling that I truly enjoyed this incredibly beautiful hotel after staying for 3 nights. The property had very kind and nice staff members. The room was comfortable with a private bathroom.

This hotel is really close to the central park, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff here were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests. The rooms were basic but comfortable, and I particularly loved the fact that some of them have access to a roof terrace, which provided a nice space to relax and enjoy the views. Additionally, the breakfast provided was a great start to the day, offering a variety of options to choose from.

This hotel is conveniently located just a stone's throw away from a bustling park and lively area with plenty of shops and restaurants. The service staff is attentive and polite, providing top-notch service and making you feel at home. The incredible view from the room is breathtaking and makes for a remarkable experience. The hotel's leisure facilities are also first-rate, especially for those with physical handicaps, with a range of amenities suited to a diverse group of travelers.

The elevator is old and slow.

The room had its own roof terrace, which was a nice addition. There is a nearby dining venue called "la terraza de las plazas" that is only 300m away. The location of this place was ideal and perfectly suited my needs. It served as a great base for exploring and discovering the city.

The location of Casa Frida is perfect, just a short walk from the bustling Zocalo. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bathroom was clean and the fan provided much-needed relief. Even though there were some minor inconveniences like a noisy balcony and limited outlets, the overall experience was enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.

The free welcome drinks and the complimentary breakfast were a nice touch. The hotel was located near the heart of the city, making it easy to explore local attractions and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

The rooms were quite dark and lacked proper lighting. there was no soundproofing, which made it noisy at night and difficult to sleep.
